Beachlands - The Beachfront Business Model
The Villas at Beachlands is a set of four luxury private beachfront residences. Truly a development of another caliber that Barbados had not seen before. You cannot take a drive on the west coast of the island without taking note of the stunning villa which is known to locals and visitors alike.
The show home, Villa Tamarindo was designed by world renowned architect Larry Warren and boasts a fusion of traditional West Indian architecture with world-class contemporary interiors. The developers selected a European based company to design the interiors of the Villa but they needed a Barbados based company to assist with the supply and fit out of the villa and Dwellings was happy to be happy to be selected for the unique project.
Working closely with the specs and outlines the designer provided and using our knowledge and vast supplier market we were able to source furnishings to meet the vision and budget for furnishing the property, while ensuring to keep the highest quality and appropriate scale.
From the perfect leather sofa, to the breathtaking custom driftwood light fixtures and unique wallpaper; every inch of the Villa was carefully planned and thought out. Once all the furniture and finishes were approved, we then started on the installation and staging of the Villa.
The furniture was placed to plan, the beds made to match the most luxurious hotel and the towels fluffed and ready, all in anticipation for the design firm flying in for the the final touches and sign off to go to market.
It is safe to say, the style and finishes at Beachlands are unlike any other villa in Barbados and within a few months it was under offer and finally sold to the current owner who is enjoying having their very own piece of paradise.
